# Request to Delete Personal Data
At CUCU Covers, your privacy matters. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal information associated with your account or order history, please follow the instructions below.
### How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
Please email us at [legal@cucucovers.com](mailto:legal@cucucovers.com) with the subject line:
**“Delete My Data”**
Include the following in your message:
- Full name used on the account
- Email address associated with the order
- Optional: Order number (if available)
We will verify your identity and process your request within **7 business days** of receiving your message. Once complete, your personal data will be securely deleted from our records, except for information required by law (e.g., for financial reporting or anti-fraud purposes).
