I placed an order for 5 covers and express shipping, I waited eagerly for my card covers to arrive however they never did. My shop app said delivered and so did the email from cucucovers but when I got home from work my card covers weren’t in my mailbox. I’m not sure if they were delivered to the wrong house, or maybe the hurricane winds in my area blew them out of my mailbox, whatever the case might have been I didn’t receive the product that I paid premium for and the experience with their customer affairs team has been very frustrating. I sent an email about my issue hoping to hear back within 24 hours as they advise that’s how long it usually takes but I waited several days with no response and sent a follow up email because of the urgency of my situation, nobody wants their money to go to waste after all. I was then emailed by their customer support team telling me that they’re aware of my issue and attempting to get to me, so in the time it took to email me back someone could’ve been finding me a resolution but instead I got a snarky email telling me to have patience. A day or two later I get another email from their customer support team saying “the status of the order says delivered”. Like yea thank you, I know that already, you’re not resolving my issue at all you’re just telling me something I already know, I then sent them an email saying “I understand that but I don’t have my items” and I’ve been waiting little over a week and a half for a response to my email telling them that I still haven’t had my issue resolved. I’m very disgruntled by the entire situation, I feel like I’m being treated under the pretense of a customer who’s lying and just trying to get one over the company. Don’t misunderstand me, I don’t want a refund I just want the card covers i already paid for and never received and my issue still isn’t resolved, 20+ days and counting.
