Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, our dedicated team is always ready to help resolve any issues you may face with your order. If you encounter any problems with your CUCU Covers card skin, please reach out to our customer support team at support@cucucovers.com.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Free Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled free of charge within the first hour of placement.

  2. Cancellation Fee: A $4 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations made after the first hour, unless the customer opts to change the design or size of their order. This fee will be deducted from the total order amount. 

  3. Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
